the staff was very friendly and helpful, including the gatekeepers and reception. the room was clean and spacious, with a welcome fruit basket. the beach was kept clean, with friendly lifeguards always available.

I was a bit disappointed. The rooms felt quite dated. The air conditioning was very loud and inconsistent. It struggled to maintain a stable temperature. Plus, the quality of drinks in the all-inclusive package was poor. They seemed to use cheaper alternatives. It left something to be desired, especially when relaxing by the pool or at dinner, so not worth it.

The hotel location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to Soho Square (about 6 minutes).
The hotel rooms seemed a bit outdated. The air conditioning was quite noisy. It affected my sleep.
